Laser cutting
CNC fibre laser cutting from your DXF for one-off parts and production batches. Mild steel up to 20 mm, stainless steel up to 12 mm, aluminium up to 8 mm and GI sheets. Supply your own sheet as job work, or let us supply the material.
Sheet metal fabrication
CNC press brake bending, forming, rolling, MIG and TIG welding, and assembly. We make electrical and control panels, machine guards, enclosures, covers, brackets, trays and frames.
Stainless steel fabrication
SS 304 and 316 fabrication for pharmaceutical, food, dairy and chemical plants. TIG welding, buffing, mirror polish, pickling and passivation for clean, hygienic surfaces.
Custom process equipment
Storage tanks, mixing vessels, hoppers, chutes, ducting, platforms, skids and pipe supports, built to your process drawings and inspected before dispatch.
Medium and heavy fabrication
Machine bases, structural frames, heavy plate work and equipment supports, fabricated, stress-relieved where required and painted.
Design and engineering support
Send a sketch, sample or idea. Our engineers prepare manufacturable drawings and DXF files and suggest the right material, thickness and finish for cost and strength.
